Role Play of Costumes at AFAX

Cosplay (Costume role-Play) is a by-product of the world of OtaCoolTure, with cosplaying becoming a major part of any animanga related events.

Being one of the largest animanga based event in the region, of course Cosplayers from local and overseas flocked to the site for a gather of chara impersonation, helping in spicing up AFAX itself!

I wasn’t able to cover most of  Day 01 due to aww so many stage events running around here and there and the coverage of the exhibition area, thus missing many good ones like Mato x Yomi (Black Rock Shooter, they’re very cute! Too bad they’re leaving when comrade joeltng and I spotted them… >,<) and Uiharu (To Aru Kagaku no Railgun, how can I miss her!!!???)… But here’s some that I managed to snipe… :P

Even Death lurks within the crowd to collect its victims… ^^;

Kaname, a renowned Cosplayer, was seen having fun with Winglet, a duo wheeled vehicle thingie… I think he’s cosplaying as a Tegami Bachi chara…

Most of my sniping success comes from Day 02. Even as early as before the opening of the gate, several Cosplayers already started to set up their wares at the designated area…

A Kaito (Vocaloid) before his change… Nope, he’s not pulling down his pants, I assure you! XDc

Sheryl, Alto and Ranka of Macross Frontier fame… It seems Macross cosplays never fails to show up these years…

No idea who she’s cosplaying but I think she could be no other than Chii from Chobits… [Edit: Thanks to Rinya-chan’s statement, the cosplay is confimed a chara from Pandora Heart…]

Lenne and Yuna from Final Fantasy X-2… Yuna is Rinya, a friend of mine…

And of course the main course: Tenshi/Kanade of Angel Beats, cosplayed by a member of WLNF (We Love Nendoroid and Figma), Seki-chan (Comrade saiseki)! XDc
