Braving through the hazy heat of all-year-long mid-summer last weekend, I rushed towards the site as soon as I got myself ready after my RL job. Oh yes, it’s Bon Odori Matsuri once again!
There was another event at another part of the island, a cosplay event featuring guest appearance of Aza Miyuko (An ex-member of Spiral Cats and a cosplay guest during AFAMY12), which sadly fell around the same time period as Bon Odori. Had to abandon the former in favour of securing a good parking space (For the whole night) on earlier hours to avoid the incoming crowd at the latter’s…
I was an invitee of Konatsu, a local ACG group full of like-minded folks and similarly enthusiastic comrades, to join them at their picnic site under a designated canopy given to them by the organisers since many of them are part of the dance performance for the day.
It was the mid of the a hot day when I reached my destination. Only a few early Konatsu birds were already there, chatting and hammering away their sumafo playing Love Live! School Idol Festival. XDc
Crying foul over the intense heat of the hot summer days, I’ve finally succumbed to Tama-chan’s demands and got her a new Kimono, in part as preparation for the upcoming Bon Odori visit next Moon…
From Rosemary Town (迷迭香小镇) on Taobao, this short, sexy Kimono set consists of the Kimono itself, the obi, a pair of knee socks, a couple of red ribbons, a flowery head-dress, a guitar necklace and a fan (Sold Separately via add-on option on the sales page).
As mentioned during my latest post on Tama-chan’s ever-expanding improvements, aside from her 蒼色の呪術服, her new outfit from Fate/Extra CCC also had undergone a complete overhaul, courtesy of my seamstress.
Version 1.0 of the CCC outfit 漆黒の魔術服 (Which you can see in full during AFA12) was commissioned some time before the release of the original PSP game itself, of which only the front side of the concept art for the outfit was shown at the time.
Due to the lack of official arts on the outfit’s back view during the time, my seamstress had to improvise and made the outfit as she sees fit, which was of course far from accurate as I found out later after the release of the game.
Striving to make Tama-chan as close to her original as possible, a remake was commissioned alongside the aforementioned default reisou.
It’s barely a month into Spring and Tama-chan has already in the mood to visit the beach! XDc
Putting on the せくすぃーびきに she got from last Summer, which is an alternate outfit of her digital counterpart as seen in the PSP JRPG Fate/Extra CCC, Tama-chan requested a brief photo session to her beloved Goshujin-sama. =w=
The never-ending version-ups of my beloved Tama-chan continues, with several more modifications as well as newly made replacements adorn this lovely foxy miko, further enhancing her resemblance to her original concept art of Fate/Extra, the PSP JRPG of whence she originally appeared in…
During the events of the Saint Valentine’s, Tama-chan unfortunately had an uncomfortable staining, causing her to undergo intense treatment for the following couple of months… orz
She’s feeling much better now, with most of those staining gone and/or getting milder you can barely notice them now…
