Boosting the Fighting Core
It’s really been a while since my last assembly of any Gunpla kits. I got this MG Core Booster Version KA about a month ago alongside my other loots, but only spent a small portion of my free times weekly to work on it sparingly…
Finally finished it last week, but once again postponing its documentation up until now, as today is a national holiday on my island thus I got the time off work… XDc
Core Booster is an add-on pack of various weaponry for Victory Gundam released some time ago…
There’s also a bundled package combining both victory and Core Booster together in one called Victory Dash Version KA, but I don’t need another Victory do I? XDc

Anyways, I’ve played the game sparingly ever since I got it a couple of moons ago, little by little I progresses thru the storyline as I spent about an hour daily during working lunch time to level up my chara… XDc
You start off controlling a random male student, and you’re given a 4-day time limit to discover what’s wrong with his school by interacting with various familiar and new charas from the Fate universe. Keep in mind this is a parallel world with no relation whatsoever with those from the original Fate/Stay Night… You’ll get to see some comedic moment of Taiga, your home room teacher, right from the start… XDc
Striking Pantsu~!
As a moefication of the classic World War airplanes, Yoshika docks on a pair of Striker Units that’s based upon the A6M Zero and later the Kawanishi N1K-J "Shiden" (Which unveiled just a couple of days ago in the latest Strike Witches 2 episode… ^_~)…
Donning only in her sukumizu and sailor fuku sans skirt, Yoshika is finely detailed in her Figma form, including her signature Mame Shiba mimi and shippo… XDc
She is armed with her trusted Type 99 Aircraft Cannon No. 2 Custom to help her cleanse those invading aliens!
She also comes with the high quality Shift:Body (Introduced in Figma
Cute…) part which is essentially a fixed posed (Butt) part that will
be able to hold onto the weight of the heavy Striker Units in a pretty lovely hovering pose, making her feels like a scaled figure… ^^;
Two types of propellers are included – a pair of static
type and another pair of moving type – to help you recreate those
coolsome scene from the anime (Strike Witches) itself!
November… I’m passing on this to wait for Sanya’s Figma instead… ^_^
ふわふわり、ふわふわる
Scaled at 1/8 (Roughly 200mm in height), Nadeko’s default pose had her legs up to her knees submerged under the water level (Base), recreating the very scene as seen on the anime’s DVD/BR box art where she hold the falling momiji leaves with her dress in front of a torii…
Superb diorama aside, while many may find this cut-off legs a little awkward, this particular pose brings out her moe level to the max… XD
Fret not tho as another pair of complete legs is given for those who prefer their figures in full… Her hat is removable too!
PO is upped now! ^_^ Retailing at 9,333 yen and will be coming out in December…
I had to ditch this one fine figure due to other priorities… Mainly the Hot Toys Iron Man Mark VI due in December or later… >,< Besides, I’ve already given up on fixed posed scaled figures for action figures like FigNendo… =_=

Revealed during the recent WonFes, this special Miku, dubbed the Nendoroid Hatsune Miku Absolute HMO (Hatsune Miku Orchestra) Edition, is not a repaint of what you’ve seen before but a totally new mould incorporating the new joint system employed in Nendo Saber SME (Super Movable Edition, which will be available late October)…
Most notable of this new system is the articulated joints around elbows and knees, even on the chest! Her interchangeable expressions include the default smiling face, the winking face as well as the kittie =3 face… X3c She even comes with a pair of black goggles! :Dc
Before you’re thinking “Meh, yet another Nendo Miku”, think again! This one features her in the most kawaii ever expressions to date, as well as very very long sleeves which quadruple-up her total cuteness! XDc
Tons of accessories also included including loud-speaker, drum sets and keyboard, as well as parts to show her headset hatch opened for maintenance! Lotsa wires and cables there!!! XDc Another couple of face seal stickers/decals are included for Nendo Rin and Len! :3c
Due to be released at the last month of the year, no information as of yet on her price but should be around 3,200 yen – 3,500 yen range… PO opens this end of month! ^_^
Resonance of Fate
The funny thing is, just some nites ago I’ve sent a tweet to Cospa requesting them to make a T-Shirt design out of the foxy Caster from the game itself. To my surprise I received a positive reply from them! :3c Hopefully they will produce a lovely Caster design too, I’m sure to grab one for myself!
There are four different flavours for your selection pleasure, each type sporting a black or a white base… You can choose from Saber, Archer, Tosaka Rin or Caster… The charas will be printed on the front portions of the T-Shirts…

From the ever popular cult classic PS2 JRPG Persona 3 Fes comes the self-proclaimed imouto of Aigis fully clad in her black body suit and awe-aspiring skirt design that shapes like a butterfly… :3c
Now that reminds me, I’ve yet to complete my The Answer part of the Fes game! I’ve been neglecting it since last year!!! ^^;
Looks like she posses the same horse feet design similar to her onee-chan…
Therefore just like her, a couple of transparent thingies are included to support her… I wonder if they will fit Aigis, as I’ve lost one of her during a very wet outing… ^^;
Her skirt is fully articulated so you can set her in a wide range of poses unobstructed…
Her visor is adjustable so you can have it cover her face at will… She also carries a bus-stand as her extra weaponry besides her default hammer… Durarara!! anyone? XDc
Comes with only an extra smiling face plate… Her PO is available at major online store now… :3c
A pity tho, Koromaru seems to be articulated only on his neck… =_=

The most wallet-draining figure in my arsenal has finally arrived to me earlier this week! ^_^
PO placed with Tokyo Hunter (Incidentally a fellow countryman… :Dc) since the 1st moon of the Earth cycle, this Limited Action Figure Collection (LAFC) Ranka Lee (Macross Frontier) Stage Dress Version was a joint collaboration between Hobby Japan and Megahouse (Meaning you can only PO her thru the Japanese magazine AND only in Japan) and was slated to be release in end of June but was postponed to a month later… ^^;
Thanks to the effort and willingness of Joseph aka Tokyo Hunter to follow my request, Ranka-chan was spared the harsh handling by the Postal Dudes on my island, for they are known to trash and mistreat all my previous daughters (Hold-ups and kidnappings… DX)… 0_0
Anyways, it’s time to bestow my newest daughter with my magic touch… XDc

Hobby你好にゃんType
For some reason all of my acquisitions from different places arrived all at the same time this month… ^^; Another two danbooru reached my haven and I was notified of their arrival by the Postal Dude in the midst of my job a couple of nites ago… 0_0
I rarely buy anime x hobby magazines at all (Due to their above average pricing when compare to local magazine which may costs only RM10+, roughly USD 3… ^^;), but this month’s issues have a few extras that I simply cannot ignore… ^_^ To be specific, I got these two magazines from Hobby Search, of which I haven’t visit for some time now due to my constant patronage to Amiami due to their lovely discounts… ^^;
An Extra Serving of Fate
Arrived at my semi-permanent base of operations earlier this week, the much anticipated PSP game is now within my grasp! It’s been almost 9 months since I POed the box, it was supposed to be released in March but for some reason the developers postponed it in order to perfect the product.
At least the final outcome is more than satisfying as more freebies are included with the package, eventho my priority is the included Figma… ^^;
Fate Extra Type-Moon Box package contains the limited edition of the Fate Extra game box itself along with an extra in the form of Fact/the Fact.
